Farmer’s Market

Farmer’s Market Guidelines

The operating hours for the farmer’s market are Fridays from 10 AM  to 6 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Operating days or hours may vary around special events or holidays.

  • Single booth spaces are approximately 10′ by 10′.
  • The price of renting a single booth is $150 per month. Cost by area is approx $15 per aisle foot per month.
  • If a booth requires excessive use of electricity, an additional charge will be agreed upon and calculated into the rent.
  • An upfront security deposit, equal to 1 month of rent, is required to reserve a booth.
  • Rent is due on the 1st Saturday of each month and is to be paid at the market office.

Antique Market

Antique Market Guidelines

The operating hours for the antique market are Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Operating days or hours may vary around special events or holidays.

  • Single booth spaces are approximately 10′ by 10′. 
  • The price of renting a single booth is $26 per week. 
  • An upfront security deposit, equal to 1 week of rent, is required to reserve a booth. 
  • Rent is due on the day of operation and is to be paid in the market office. 
  • Special Weekends
    • Extravaganza Weekend: We are open Friday and Saturday on these weekends. Your rent will be double the normal rate for this weekend. Example: $26 rent will be $52.

Flea Market

The operating hours for the flea market are Saturday from 7 am to 4 pm. 

Please Note: Operating days or hours may vary around special events or holidays.  Please call to reserve your space.

  • Pavilion spaces are 10′ by 20′: Prices are $15 per Saturday during the normal flea market season and $5 during the offseason.
  • Prices include two 8′ long table. Extra tables may be rented for $3 each. You may bring your own tables at no additional charge.
  • No trash may be left on the property.

*No pavilion flea market will take place during Extravaganzas or special events, please call for confirmation.

Renninger’s Kutztown Vintage  Pricing

Operating hours for Renninger’s Kutztown Vintage are Fridays from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. Setting up in Renninger’s Kutztown Vintage does not require attendance during the hours of operation. Renninger’s will have an employee staffed to sell your items for you. 

Several options are available for displaying your items in Renninger’s Kutztown Vintage. You may rent a booth space or showcase space.

*All concession stands (serving food to be consumed at the market) must be approved in advance.
