- Renninger’s Farmer’s Market is a quaint local farmer’s market. We are open Fridays from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm. It is important for you to be open during these hours. The market consists of merchants booths set up in a common area. Common area means that booths are under one roof with no outdoor walls separating each individual booth. Activity in one booth in the farmer’s market may affect any or all other booths in the farmer’s market.
- Renninger’s will provide heat and house lighting.
- Additional electric is available through two outlets per booth, already installed. Only approved and safe lighting fixtures may be used. Additional electric requirements must must be discussed with Renninger’s. Additional wiring requirements must be approved by Renninger’s. See renovation agreement.
- Booth renovations must be approved by Renninger’s prior to construction. See renovation agreement.
- Food products: Most all food products for sale to be consumed at home are welcome to sell in the farmer’s market. All state, federal, and health licenses and regulations must be observed.
- Concessions (prepared food to be consumed at the market) must receive approval from Renninger’s to set up in the market.
- Non-Food Products: Renninger’s reserved the right to limit products sold by dealers. We look for a variety of products. Products similar to those already being offered in the market must be approved by Renninger’s before being offered for sale in the farmer’s market. Please take a good look at the merchandise already being offered. Renninger’s reserves the right to remove any merchandise intentionally or unintentionally offered which is found to be unacceptable or offensive.
- Merchants are responsible to keep their booths clean. Free trash service is available for market generated trash only. Merchants are to remove their trash into the trash dumpsters. The disposal of excessive amounts of trash may receive an additional charge to be calculated into the rental agreement. Cardboard recycling containers are available on the property. Merchants must compact and flatten all cardboard boxes before disposing them into the market containers. Any boxes (cardboard or otherwise) that are wax coated or contain materials other than cardboard are to be compacted and disposed of in trash dumpsters, NOT the cardboard recycling containers. No styrofoam peanuts may be disposed of in the trash. You must recycle these are your control. Cleanup of merchant’s trash will be billed at $25 per hours with a minimum of one half hour.
